ITSecureLabs Services Private Limited was founded in February 2023 by an IAM industry veteran with over 13 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management. Born out of a vision to create a specialized, high-quality IAM services firm in India, the company set out to bridge the gap between enterprise IAM needs and skilled talent.

Our mission from day one has been to democratize enterprise-grade IAM solutions — making advanced identity security accessible to organizations of all sizes, from fast-growing startups to large-scale enterprises. A 13-Year IAM Journey

With over 13 years of specialized experience in Identity & Access Management, Nikhil has worked across the full spectrum of IAM — from architecting large-scale enterprise identity governance frameworks to hands-on implementation of cutting-edge access management solutions. His career has spanned some of the most complex IAM transformation programmes across India and beyond.

Having built deep expertise across all major IAM platforms — SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow, ForgeRock OpenAM and OpenIDM, Okta Workforce and Customer Identity, and Ping Identity's suite of products — he brings unmatched breadth and depth to every engagement. His specializations extend to Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and modern cloud identity solutions including Azure AD B2B/B2C.

Driven by a belief that top-tier IAM expertise should be accessible to all organizations, Nikhil co-founded ITSecureLabs in February 2023 with a clear vision: to build India's most trusted IAM services company by combining deep technical excellence with a genuine commitment to client success.

Swati Karn brings a powerful combination of business strategy, operational leadership, and client relationship management to ITSecureLabs. With a background in IT consulting and enterprise service delivery, she has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth from the ground up since co-founding it in February 2023.

Swati oversees the day-to-day operations of ITSecureLabs — from talent acquisition and team development to project delivery oversight and client engagement. Her keen understanding of enterprise IAM requirements from a business perspective ensures that every engagement is aligned with client objectives and delivered to the highest standard.
